What is your turnaround time?

When the client needs a fast turnaround time, we can deliver edited photos and video within 24 hours of the shoot.

How will I get my files?

We deliver your edited digital files via Google Drive. For standard projects, expect your files within 24 hours after the shoot. Projects needing extra processing—such as advanced mapping, detailed video editing, or in-depth reports—may take a few business days. You'll get an email with a private gallery link to preview and download everything directly.

Do I need to be on-site for the shoot?

Typically, you do not need to be on-site for the shoot; however, you are always welcome to join us.

What kind of drones do you fly?

We exclusively fly drones manufactured by DJI Enterprise. DJI is the industry leader in advanced drone technology. The model we will use will vary depending on the project. Currently, we have a DJI Matrice 4T with thermal + 8K and a DJI Mini 5 Pro + 4K

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. You can pay by any major credit card.
